Abigail is a Registered Trainee Real Estate Appraiser in Florida and has appraised various commercial properties including retail shopping centers, branch banks, industrial warehouses, office buildings, apartments, and vacant land parcels.
Before joining Lovett Valuation in 2021, Abigail was employed by the Duval County Public School system and was a reading coach at Sallye B. Mathis Elementary School and a 3rd and 4th-grade teacher at Southside Estates Elementary School.
Abigail earned a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville and has taken the basic appraisal principles and procedures education courses.
